LNT makes every effort to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date product images, information and descriptions.

Fresh flowers are natural products, so there may be differences between seasons, shipments and harvest times. Colour, size, bloom stage, shape, stem count and the actual condition of the flowers may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

For imported flowers, availability, seasonality, weather, transport and other external factors may affect supply or delivery times.

If a product is unavailable or its quality changes significantly, LNT will contact you to agree on a suitable solution before fulfilling the order.

Orders are confirmed by Zalo or phone; payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind after delivery; if LNT is responsible for an issue, we will review it and offer an appropriate solution.

Fresh flowers have a short lifespan and their quality depends on storage conditions. LNT therefore does not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind after an order has been delivered and accepted.

If the delivered product does not match the confirmed order, or if an issue is LNT’s responsibility, please contact us promptly so we can review it and offer an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, support may include a replacement, additional products, a partial or full refund of the relevant amount, or another solution agreed by both parties.
